Exhanges or returns due to size, color or faulty workmanship are available for 14 days from the date of your order. Shipping charges shall be paid by the customer in the return of the garment. SEAHORSE STYLES OF MONTEREY BAY will pay for the shipping back to the customer only if due to faulty workmanship or error in order fulfillment by SEAHORSE STYLES OF MONTEREY BAY.

Original invoice must accompany merchandise in order to issue a return or exchange.

We recommend you insure the package, as we can not be responsible for merchandise that is lost in the mail. Sorry, we cannot refund the cost of shipping.

Garments returned after 14 days are not subject to refund.

Shipments in the USA usually arrive within 3-7 business days and are shipped via US mail.
